Keys to Domestic Argument

  • Arguments are unscheduled, spontaneous, usually take place in private spaces without a large audience
  • Personal attacks, underhanded comments, irrelevant points brought up to insult the other rather than trying to find a compromise or solution
  • Domestic arguments are never really concluded and are often left to fester; the two people arguing often just agree to disagree
  • The arguments themselves are usually about some bigger issue entirely, but the anger that this big issue creates are brought up through smaller matters, you can not always assume that domestic arguments are truly what the arguers are debating
